Child Safety Standards

Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). How we prevent it, how to report it and what we do with every report.

Published on · Updated on

Our commitment

The app 256Bip: Rede Social Brasileira (operated by E81 Solutions) explicitly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We have zero tolerance for any sexual abuse or exploitation of children and adolescents.

This prohibition applies to posts, comments, stories, photos, videos, audio, links, profiles, communities, global chat and private messages. It complements our Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

What is prohibited

  • Producing, posting, sharing, requesting, selling or linking to child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including photos, videos and drawn, edited or AI-generated depictions.
  • Sexualising children or adolescents in images, text, audio, emojis or conversations.
  • Grooming minors for sexual purposes, requesting intimate images or encouraging conversations and meetings for that purpose.
  • Sextortion: threatening to disclose intimate images to obtain money, further images or favours.
  • Promoting child trafficking for sexual purposes or any commercial sexual exploitation of children or adolescents.

Prevention and protection

  • Minimum age of 16: registration requires a date of birth and does not allow accounts below this age.
  • Moderation: we use automated image controls and human review of published content. These controls do not replace reports and do not guarantee detection of every violation.
  • Identity and privacy: direct messages between users require verified identity, with privacy controls and account blocking. The team's support channel remains available.
  • Private messages: encryption and device-to-device transfers do not permit prohibited content. Reports allow the team to assess the account and take action; we do not claim to automatically monitor every private conversation.

How to report in the app

  • Open the content or profile menu, choose Report and select Child sexual abuse (CSAE). Describe the suspected child abuse or exploitation and identify the content or account.
  • For private messages, use the reporting option on the message or the sender's profile. For assistance, open Contact / Get in touch in the app.
  • Reports under Child sexual abuse (CSAE) are accepted even without verified identity. A report does not, by itself, mean a violation has been confirmed.
  • You may also contact hi@e81.uk or hi@256bip.com with the subject Child safety, the account link or identifier and a description of what happened. Do not attach, copy or forward child sexual abuse material.

Review and action

  • Reports submitted in the app are recorded and sent to the team. Moderators assess the report and may hold content or restrict the account during the investigation. Automatic removal depends on moderation rules; it does not happen for every report.
  • When the team becomes aware of CSAM, it must act to remove the content from spaces under its control and stop its continued distribution on the platform. Confirmed violations of these standards lead to an account ban and available measures against abusive re-registration.
  • For private messages, the team can take action on the account and platform access, but does not promise to remotely delete files already stored on other people's devices.
  • Records needed for an investigation are handled with restricted access and preserved when required by applicable law or a legal order.
  • Confirmed CSAM cases must be documented by the designated contact and reported to the relevant regional authority, such as Brazil's Federal Police or police in the United Kingdom, or to NCMEC where applicable. This reporting is carried out manually by the designated contact, not by an automatic app notification.

Responsibility and enforcement

The child safety contact receives reports, coordinates review and protective action, responds to Google Play requests and reports confirmed cases to the relevant authorities. The team must apply these standards and the child protection laws relevant to each case.

SaferNet Brasil is listed as a public resource for guidance and reporting. Listing it does not constitute a claim of an institutional partnership.
